About Emmanuel Kaweesi 

Emmanuel Kaweesi joined ACA with a wealth of experience from Government
Service, having served in various delicate capacities as an Inspectorate Officer and
Technical Assistant to the Deputy Inspector General of Government at the
Inspectorate of Government, and later as a Legal Consultant (Research) and Technical
Assistant to the Chair, at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the effectiveness
of Law, Policies and Processes of Land Acquisition, Administration, Management and
Registration in Uganda.  

He is currently a Lecturer of Law at King Ceasor International
University. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Makerere University, Kampala,
Uganda (Second Class Honors- Upper Division), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal
Practice from Law Development Centre, Kampala, Uganda, and a Master of Laws
(LL.M) from Harvard Law School, U.S.A. At Makerere University Law School,
Emmanuel was a Dean’s Scholar and graduated at the top of his class 

He is married to Mrs. Diana N. Kaweesi and at they have three children.
