Advocate Allan Kyakuwa is a partner at the firm and the leader of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department. He has over 10 years of practice. He has developed a niche in commercial and corporate dispute resolution and litigation as well as employment and employee benefits law. He undertook specialized litigation training from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA-USA) and represents various clients in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Allan also practices with the firm’s non-profit organizations practice, where he constantly assists Non-Governmental Organizations (both local and foreign) on legal and regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, tax disputes, and social security disputes.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice of the Law Development Centre (LDC). He is an active member of the Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
